Junior Sales Representative

You are newly graduated or at your last term of education, have a strong technical interest and would like to work within the maritime industry with B2B sales.
You love being service minded, both internally towards colleagues and externally towards our customers. You seek finding the right solution for the customer and put customer service above all.
As a person, you are energetic, flexible and goal-oriented and you have strong interpersonal skills. You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and feel confident in communicating in English – other languages are an advantage. You feel motivated when closing a deal and thrive in a busy and ever-changing environment. You have a strong work ethic with a desire to progress.
For more than five decades, Chris-Marine & IOP Marine have designed, manufactured and sold engine care equipment for 2- and 4-stroke diesel engines. Today, these machines are world-renowned for being operator friendly and of high quality. Now, and since the 1960’s, quality, reliability and usability remain to be our key trademarks. We are constantly growing and have sales offices in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Singapore, China, Ecuador, Brazil, Japan and India, as well as well-equipped workshops in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Singapore and Shanghai. A close cooperation with local agents also helps us to serve our customers independent of their location.
In parallel with the increasing market share, the product range is growing to meet the conscious customers’ constant demand for more advanced machines and tools for an ever-wider range of applications. Today, our product portfolio includes solutions for:

You will primarily assist our sales department. However, due to the high degree of complexity in our industry, we also intend to mentor you and train you to be able to act as an advisor to our customers, and you will continually receive a bigger responsibility. We’re looking for someone who in the future would like to grow into a role as Area Sales Manager and stay with the company long-term.
You will primarily be working from the office in Malmö, but will occasionally travel together with colleagues to our offices in Brøndby (Denmark) or Hamburg (Germany). We expect you to work at least 16 hours per week. However, if you can work full-time, even better!
