In the world of large diesel engines there is, since several decades, a strong international tradition of an ongoing dialogue between marine engineers and super intendents, power plant operators and repair workshops on the one side and the international group of Chris-Marine companies on the other side.
Design and Development
All Chris-Marine machines are exclusively designed and manufactured in our own state-of-the-art plant in Malmo, Sweden. The design office is staffed by experienced engineers and equipped with the most efficient 3-D CAD programs for drawing and testing. We are focused on grinding, milling, lathing and measuring equipment for many different applications.
Maintenance assistance
At the Malmo headquarters and factory we also operate a technical service department for a wide range of specialised engine repair and maintenance assignments world-wide and for, likewise specialised, in-shop work such as honing of cylinder liners for example.
Another important task of the service department, in close co-operation with our design department, is to elaborate optimal working methods for advanced machining and grinding jobs to be done on vital engine parts.

Our solid experience in marine tooling vouches for the right technical solutions being carried through. The production plant features the most up to date range of N-C machines, all operated by highly skilled and quality minded technicians.
