By joining forces and with good planning, MAN PrimeServ Shanghai held an intensive 4-day Chris-Marine training course for the superintendent engineers and mechanical fitters of the Technical Diesel Service Department in the period from Saturday 20 to Tuesday 23 November 2010, in our newly inaugurated Shanghai Workshop.
In order to ensure the best and most efficient training for our service staff, as well as proper working conditions for the 2 overseas Chris-Marine trainers, the pre-selected team members were divided in advance into 2 training teams and a training plan was carefully prepared...
To ensure the best possible out-come of the training event, with as few surprises as possible, all the Chris-Marine equipment was unpacked and checked and the scheduled work-stations were duly set-up, complete with engine parts and tools, well in advance.
On the last day, the afternoon was spent with the 2 trainers summing up all the various training sessions conducted and the various machines used during the past 4 days, as well as some Q&A time in our training room for the participating service staff.
